We are a London-based planning studio serving clients across the UK.
Yes, we do. We accept clients from all over the world who are planning their events in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not handle international events at the moment.
With over five years of management experience and a background in project leadership, I bring structure, strategic oversight, and precision to every event I plan.
Before formally launching Kunexa Events & Experiences in 2023, I worked within the events space and developed strong relationships with trusted suppliers. My project management background ensures that timelines, budgets, and logistics are handled seamlessly, allowing my clients to enjoy a smooth, well-executed planning journey.

I approach weddings with structure, discretion, and strategic oversight, ensuring every detail is intentional and nothing feels chaotic or rushed.
I don’t believe in copying what’s popular. I believe in celebrating individuality. Each wedding is thoughtfully designed around who you are, how you want it to feel, and the experience you want your guests to remember.
For my clients, often busy professionals and creatives, the difference is simple: you hand it over, and it is handled properly.
We need a minimum of five weeks to plan an event, depending on its size and location.
Pre- and post-wedding celebrations, including welcome dinners, rehearsal dinners, and post-wedding brunches, are seamlessly incorporated within our Full Wedding Planning s(https://www.kunexaevents.com/weddingplanning)ervice. We believe a wedding weekend should feel cohesive and thoughtfully curated from start to finish.
For clients booking Wedding Day Management, additional event support days can be added as required.
Yes. I am personally present on the wedding day to oversee coordination and ensure everything runs seamlessly.
You are welcome to work with your preferred vendors. We also provide access to our carefully curated network of trusted suppliers.
While Kunexa does not operate an in-house setup team, we collaborate with experienced vendors and venues who provide professional setup and teardown services as part of your event production
All fees are clearly outlined within your proposal and contract to ensure full transparency from the outset.
Should the scope of planning expand beyond the agreed services, any additional costs would always be discussed and approved in advance.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If changes are required, we will always work closely with you to assess the impact on your plans and guide you through the necessary adjustments.
Any changes to dates or event details are subject to availability and the terms outlined in your contract. Where additional planning time or coordination is required, this would be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
