It's a pleasure to meet you. Let me tell you a story.....
my close friend was planning her wedding. She was stressed out, always tired, and never seemed to have enough time in the day to do what she wanted. Whenever I called to check on her and see how things were going, she would often reply with the standard "I'm fine" – but we all know what "I'm fine" really means.
As time passed, I noticed that she was becoming increasingly stressed and wasn't getting enough rest. One day, during a 20-minute chat, I asked her again about the planning. After our conversation, I offered
to take the planning off her hands. I love hosting, planning, i have a good communication, listening, and decision making skills, problem solving, etc. I have an eye for beautiful things. I knew I could handle it.
So, I took over all the planning responsibilities. She handed over all the contacts and information I needed. Since I already knew her personality well, I continued to build her wedding around her and her future husband's likes, after having a chat with him too.
When the wedding day arrived, it was beautiful. I realised that I could do this. Inspired by this experience, I pursued the necessary education and training, including earning a diploma in Events Management from City, University of London.
The following year, I was contacted by someone else I knew, and together we created another beautiful and magical event. I discovered that the key to creating events lies in getting to know my clients first. I continued working in the industry for half a year, i am now fully focus on Kunexa, that brings us to today
